Engineering Manager (CEM) - Senior Chartered Civil Engineer / Leadership Opportunity
About CML
CML is a unique business in the civil engineering and infrastructure sector, built on technical excellence and strong relationships with our clients, our partners, and each other. Our engineering team is the backbone of everything we deliver, and we're proud of the reputation we've built over many years for quality, safety, and dependable delivery. In our 40th year, still owned and operated as a second-generation family business, we take great pride in the quality of service we provide to our clients, and the legacy we leave, improving vital infrastructure for future generations.
The Opportunity
After more than 15 years of outstanding leadership, our Engineering Manager is retiring, and we're looking for someone special to take the helm.
This is a rare chance to step into a business-critical leadership role at CML, taking charge of an established team of 6 engineers. You'll shape how we design, deliver, and innovate, while continuing to build a culture our people genuinely enjoy working in.
If you're a chartered civil engineer who combines strong technical judgement with real people leadership, someone who gets as much energy from developing others as from solving engineering problems, we want to hear from you!
